The high school needed to replace an aging, end-of-life SAN. The limited storage space was preventing the creation of new virtual machines and threatening operational continuity.
Additionally, the client faced a limited budget, complicating the immediate comprehensive upgrade of the infrastructure. The school also lacked resources and specialized expertise to carry out the project independently.
Results
Prival enabled the school to have a modern storage infrastructure that meets its immediate needs and will remain effective for the next five years.
The data migration, carefully conducted, was completed in less time than anticipated. The school now benefits from a reliable and efficient architecture, ensuring the continuity of essential activities.
Deployed Solutions
We recommended and implemented a new DELL storage unit. Virtual machines were seamlessly transferred from the old storage system to the new SAN with no major interruptions. Once systems were validated, the old SAN was disconnected. This project, meticulously planned and executed, met the client’s expectations while staying within the allocated budget.
